The RISE registry includes complete EHR data for over 300 rheumatology practices across the United States, including over 400 million clinical notes. We will use natural language processing to extract key information from these clinical notes.

The idea is to pre-train an ML/NLP model on publicly-available clinical notes and then optimize on our notes here. We would use Deep Learning to capture embeddings relevant to disease prediction.
